Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact support@vidioso.com within 14 days of billing and we'll review your request.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
